By using MatchPlan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
2. What MatchPlan does
MatchPlan helps esports teams manage availability, events, reminders, Discord-based scheduling and attendance.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your Discord account and for the activity connected to your MatchPlan account. You must not misuse the service or attempt to access data you are not allowed to access.
4. Workspaces and teams
Managers, coaches and team owners are responsible for the workspaces and teams they create. This includes inviting the correct people, assigning roles responsibly and managing team data properly.
5. Team content
You are responsible for the content you create, including team names, event details, availability notes, RSVP responses and other workspace data.
6. Discord integration
Some features depend on Discord. We are not responsible for Discord outages, API changes, permission changes or removed bot access.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use MatchPlan to:
- Break the law.
- Harass, abuse or harm others.
- Attempt to hack, overload or disrupt the service.
- Collect data from other users without permission.
- Use the service for spam, scams or malicious automation.
8. Availability of the service
We aim to keep MatchPlan reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Your legal name or company name] is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, missed matches, scheduling conflicts or issues caused by third-party services.
