1. Requesting deletion
You can request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at hello@matchplan.gg.
2. What can be deleted
Depending on your account and team role, deletion may include:
- Your MatchPlan account data.
- Your Discord user ID, username and avatar stored by MatchPlan.
- Your availability entries.
- Your event RSVP and attendance responses.
- Technical account-related records where deletion is legally and technically possible.
3. Workspace and team data
Some data may belong to a workspace or team rather than only to your personal account. For example, event history, team schedules or workspace settings may need to remain available to managers or other team members.
4. Verification
We may need to verify that you are the owner of the account before deleting data. This helps protect accounts and teams from unauthorized deletion requests.
5. Retention
Some limited data may be retained if required for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention or backup recovery.
